Over recent months, JIG Bulletins have been sent via automatic email notifications to all users registered on the jigonline website.
There have, in the past, been some users who have advised us that they have not received these updates. Prior to Bulletin 82, we did experience a few technical issues due to the volume of emails being sent. However, since then, the system has been upgraded to ensure all registered users are sent these notifications and we are able to check email server logs and background process logs to ensure that they have worked correctly.
Despite this, there are some companies who may block incoming mail from the email@example.com address. We would, therefore, request that all website users ensure their systems are correctly set up to accept this email address. Each system is different so we are unable to provide specific instructions but would advise that individuals contact their IT departments to whitelist the email address firstname.lastname@example.org and, if required, the email server 126.96.36.199.
Please note that all Bulletins are published and saved on the website – the most recent can be found on the Homepage and all previous Bulletins can be found on the Publications page. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of users we now have registered, we are unable to email these Bulletins individually and would ask individuals to refer to the website for the relevant document.
